Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning gradual, orderly and continuous improvement. Kaizen Team houses professionals committed towards this mission and strives for continuous improvement.   Ashok Krish – President
  With over two decades of diversified experience spread across   IT/Telecom/Office Automation industries globally, Ashok brings a   track record of success and expertise to his position as the President   and Chief Executive Officer for Kaizen Technologies Inc.

Since he took over Kaizen in 2003, Ashok has been the indomitable force behind Kaizen's growth and expansion. His relentless passion continues to challenge the pressures of the ever changing trends of IT industry. In 2007, owing to his leadership Kaizen won the "Outstanding Business" award in NJ, by the Edison Chamber of Commerce among a clutch of other business leadership awards. Prior to this, Ashok had a long sales and management stint with Xerox Corp in India where he consistently won the awards and rewards and has successfully set up and steered IT firms in towards success and growth. He is a working board member of "Indian American council" and Charter Member of "TiE The Indus Entrepreneurs" Ashok's responsibilities include planning directing and coordinating Kaizen's business, strategic planning, developing executive client relationships, driving revenue and extending the overall business model through strategic partnerships for the firm. His subdued charm, clear principles and strong networking skills help the Company to forge crucial bonds for the Company. Ashok's leadership stems from a deeply held belief, that one leads people by example - by liberating their potential, leveraging their skills and leaving them to pursue clearly defined goals. He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from California Coast University and loves out-door activities like hiking, golf and traveling during his spare-time. He lives in North Edison along with his wife Sudha and two boys Eeshaan and Tanush.

  Vijay Patil - Vice President (Operations)
  In-Charge of the overall operations of the organization, his patience   and strategic planning ensures that Company achieves its set goals   year after year.

  Ramkumar Rajagopal – (Director)    
  Ramkumar has over 15 years of experience as an educator, executive   and an entrepreneur. He is the Director-Technology and Business Solutions in Kaizen Technologies,Inc.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karnatak University, India and a MBA from New Jersey Institute of Technology, .

He graduated Magna Cum Laude in his MBA program and inducted as a life member in Beta Gamma Sigma an honor society for his outstanding scholastic achievement in his MBA program for being one among the top 20% from the schools accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International and awarded a medal in this regard.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the world’s most reputed Project Management Institute (PMI®),ITIL and MCSD.

His role involves leadership, strategic ideas, development and business solutions activities for Kaizen Technologies in Learning, Development, Training, IT projects, products, staff augmentation, PMO-Center of Excellence (COE) and business solutions groups at US and global offices of Kaizen.
